Serbia's Stavorić: Democracy Protocol Has Forked

Serbia's Minister of European Integration Nemanja Stavorić has identified a critical fork in the liberal democracy protocol. Speaking with Breitbart Washington Bureau Chief Matthew Boyle, Stavorić diagnosed the divergence of Western governance into two competing consensus architectures.

Stavorić, former state secretary at Serbia's Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, delivered his analysis during Boyle's recent trip to Serbia.

The system of liberal democracy, as it was envisioned during the time of the American Revolution, developed over the 19th century, and became dominant in the Western world in the 20th century, actually dissolved right before our eyes.

The protocol did not terminate. It bifurcated.
